The new-built, stone houses are surrounded by a garden. They  are fully furnished, heat -  insulated and sound - isolated. Also, the space heating is autonomic and last, satellite antennas are plugged in. They are on the main street of Arachova - Ski Center.

Each of the two houses are divided in two maisonettes of 75 m² and three levels each one: the ground floor, the upper level and the lower level. All levels are connected by an indoors wooden stair.

The ground floor is divided to the kitchen, the toilet and the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped with an electrical cuisine and fridge. At the sitting room, there is a fire place, a sofa that can be turned to a bed, and a table.

At the upper level, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a closet each one.

At the lower lever, there are two single beds and a storage area. A big iron gate leads to the homesite where there is a comfortable parking place. The maisonettes are seasonally or yearly rented.
